Delivery Rules
1. After your payment is successfully confirmed, our system will automatically accept your order. We will send the purchased digital files to your registered email address within a few minutes.
2. Please check your email inbox, spam folder or promotion folder after payment. If you do not receive the file within 24 hours, please contact our official email for manual re-delivery.
3. All digital products are instant access resources. Once delivered, customers can permanently download, save and print the files for personal family use.
4. We do not provide physical shipping, logistics tracking, packaging and mailing services. No shipping fee will be charged for all orders.
