Return and Refund Policy
This policy applies to all digital products purchased on the official website of SALAZARD LIMITED. Since digital products are non-physical, replicable and downloadable virtual resources, we formulate the following standardized refund rules in accordance with international e-commerce regulations.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Customers can apply for a full refund within 24 hours after payment if the file fails to be delivered, the product cannot be opened, or the content is missing and abnormal.
- If you have successfully received, downloaded and viewed the complete digital content, no refund will be supported, because digital products cannot be recycled and returned after use.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Voluntary purchase without quality problems, personal dislike or unused reasons;
- Failed to receive files due to customer’s incorrect email input, mailbox full or manual interception;
- Partial viewing, partial download or personal misunderstanding of product content;
- Orders more than 24 hours after successful payment.
3. Refund Process

2. We will verify your application within 1-3 working days;
3. After verification and approval, the refund will be returned through the original payment channel, and the arrival time is subject to the processing rules of the payment platform (usually 7-15 working days).
